Packed with surprises – Good and Bad

The pool area was really nice and provided a great place to relax! ! Friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and the breakfast had plenty of delicious options.

Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with room key functionality, causing unnecessary inconveniences during our stay. We also faced disturbances from noisy neighbors, which disrupted our restful experience.

This was just a top selection for a short stay in Gulf Breeze with value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a good choice for a night. Make sure to have a car for easy dining options nearby.

Comfortable Stay with Some Drawbacks

During our stay, the spacious room with two queen beds was a plus for our family. However, it lacked nearby dining options, requiring a car to access restaurants. We faced issues with the $50 hold on our card, which took over a month to resolve without help from the hotel staff. Consider checking the hold policy and ensure to have your own transport.

Family with children good experience

We loved the breakfast! The pancake station was a hit with the kids, they couldn't get enough! And the staff, they were extremely friendly without being fake, like a breath of fresh air.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable given the quality we experienced.

Upon arrival, the first room assigned had a door that wouldn’t open, a frustrating start but it was quickly rectified. There were no luggage carts available, making it a hassle carrying bags up to the room. Cleaning was inconsistent during my six-night stay, as one morning the trash overflowed and basic coffee supplies weren’t replenished. No children’s channels on TV could leave families with small kids without entertainment. Price-wise, the rates felt high for the accommodations provided, especially considering the minor cleanliness issues.

The room was super comfy, and the breakfast spread was top-notch with plenty of choices. We loved lounging by the outdoor pool and soaking up the sun on the terrace. Just a heads up, the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but it didn’t ruin our great stay! 😊

The staff provided fantastic service, especially the lovely lady at breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was poor, making it difficult to rinse off comfortably. Overall, a decent stay but could improve some facility issues.
